Meet the Founder
My path to founding Ventora Home Services began long before the company existed.
I proudly served in the United States Army, including a deployment to Iraq, where discipline, accountability, adaptability, and service to something greater than yourself became more than values — they became a way of life. That experience shaped how I approach challenges, responsibility, and the trust people place in me.
After my military service, I built a career in the electrical trade, gaining experience across nearly every aspect of the industry. Over the years, I’ve worked in residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale environments, developing hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, installations, maintenance, upgrades, and complex electrical systems.
My career has taken me across demanding job sites and overseas environments, supporting projects for major national and international companies, solving problems where precision, reliability, and safety mattered every single day.
From leading crews and coordinating large projects to troubleshooting critical systems under pressure, I learned something important:
